The aim is to create a tool helpful to make travels safer in the nearest future - the European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) online platform *.
Overall contribution is required for proper operation of the system. Please voluntary join the testing of the European dPLF and additionally complete the Passenger Locator Form by selecting the link https://pilot.euplf.eu/#/
Your personal data will only be used for the purposes related to the European dPLF pilot phase and stored until the end of the European dPLF pilot testing.
*Under the framework of the European Union funded EU HEALTHY GATEWAYS Joint Action in coordination with the Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety (DG SANTE) and Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE) and with the support of European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), a first version of the web-based application for the European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) has been developed.
